Tabeer Real Estate Development Company, which relaunched its brand last November, announced an investment of one billion dirhams in its projects during the year 2024. At the same time, the company revealed its latest new projects, during an exclusive event held at the One&Only One Zabeel Resort.
The new residential project, called Parkside Boulevard, represents an upscale addition to Tabeer’s portfolio of luxury residential projects at reasonable prices. The new project is scheduled to be constructed in Arjan Dubai and delivered during the fourth quarter of 2026. The mixed-use project will include 6 residential spaces prepared for retail, and it will also include 165 residential apartments.
The company was established in 2014, and completed 3 successful projects in Dubai, including the “Dragon Views” project, the “Tabeer 1” project in International City, and the “V2” project in Dubai Sports City. The company is preparing to deliver the “48 Park Side” project in Arjan, and the “99 Park Place” project in Jumeirah Village Circle this year.
