Yesterday, the activities of the first edition of “Acres Real Estate” kicked off in Dubai. The exhibition includes more than 120 new real estate projects for visitors and investors coming from various countries, presented by more than 40 of the largest local real estate companies, developers and real estate investors from Dubai, the region and the world.
The exhibition, whose activities will continue at the Dubai World Trade Center until May 19, was opened by Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, in the presence of Salem Ali Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Municipal Council, Maher Julfar, Executive Vice President of the Dubai World Trade Centre, and Mohammed. Ahmed Amin Al-Awadi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dilal Khalifa Al-Falasi, Assistant Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector at the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Saeed Al-Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, and Nawaf Obaid, CEO of Leader Exhibition Organizing Company, organizing the exhibition. Nawaf Obaid stressed that the “ACRES Real Estate” exhibition comes at a time when the real estate sector in Dubai is witnessing remarkable development and growth, as Dubai is characterized by a wide urban renaissance that has strengthened its position as a leading global destination for investment in the real estate sector, and through this event we are keen to highlight investment opportunities. The emirate abounds in this sector, in addition to supporting real estate developers and investors in the real estate sector.
He added: The exhibition provides the broadest investment opportunities for exchanging experiences, concluding partnerships, and concluding profitable deals, in addition to its role in providing the opportunity for investors and individuals to learn closely about the reality of the market, especially since Acres 2024 includes a large number of new projects that are presented for the first time from inside and outside the Emirates, with the aim of Reaching large numbers of clients and businessmen looking for real estate deals and investment opportunities. He pointed out that the wide participation witnessed by the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition in its first edition by national and foreign companies confirms the quality of this event as a distinguished platform for reviewing the most important real estate developments and the latest projects and investment opportunities in the real estate sector at the level of the emirate, the state, and the Arabian Gulf and Middle East regions.
“ACRES Real Estate” includes a schedule full of accompanying awareness and educational activities, and an integrated program of training courses, free workshops, and specialized dialogue sessions in Arabic and English. These courses and workshops will address many topics and topics in addition to highlighting the latest developments and developments in the real estate sector, and the latest systems. Real estate technology that always succeeds in capturing the interest of visitors, workers, and those interested in real estate affairs, and is presented by an elite group of experts, specialists, and stakeholders in the real estate sector.
The exhibition welcomes visitors daily from 10 AM to 8 PM, and on Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM.
