Major Real Estate Development Company launched the “Manta Bay” project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with an investment value of 1.1 Billion Dirhams, which is its first construction work in the UAE, as it prepares to launch a number of projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi during the second half of this year.

Construction work on the project, which is located on Al Marjan Island, is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2024. With the highest beach in the world, Manta Bay offers a unique experience, featuring 80% green spaces and distinct Italian designs and finishes.
