The Launch of “Manta Bay” Worth 1.1 Billion Dirhams on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah

Major Real Estate Development Company launched the “Manta Bay” project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with an investment value of 1.1 Billion Dirhams, which is its first construction work in the UAE, as it prepares to launch a number of projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi during the second half of this year.

Andrei Czarabinac, CEO of Major Real Estate Development, said during a press conference in Dubai to announce the project: “We are pleased to announce our partnership with Marjan in this exceptional project, as Manta Bay represents a new chapter for major developers in the region, at a time when we are expanding our portfolio is redefining luxury living experiences in the UAE. Construction work on the project, which is located on Al Marjan Island, is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2024. The project embodies a luxurious lifestyle, as it is distinguished by its proximity to pristine beaches and distinguished hotels. With the highest beach in the world, Manta Bay offers a unique experience, featuring 80% green spaces and distinct Italian designs and finishes.
