The new project includes 58 plots of land divided into two groups. The first group includes 40 plots of land without a waterfront and allocated for the construction of luxury villas and palaces bearing the name “Crown Gardens,” which were completely sold at the end of last year at prices starting from 25 million dirhams.

As for the second group, which bears the name “Crown Views,” it includes 18 plots of land ranging in size from 10 to 15 thousand square feet and characterized by direct waterfronts. As of yesterday, only 3 plots remained, each with an area of ​​15,177 square feet.

Today, the Palm Jumeirah area is considered one of the most prominent real estate investment destinations in Dubai for wealthy people and investors from around the world, whether for apartments, villas or luxury palaces, especially with its exceptional engineering design and its diverse and distinctive hotel and entertainment destinations. During the first half of this year, Palm Jumeirah real estate attracted investments worth 9 billion dirhams through 855 deals, while the “The Palm Crown” project is considered a new piece of pearl that will soon join the luxurious Palm Jumeirah necklace.
