Al Hamra announced the development of Al Hamra Waterfront, a residential project located on the waterfront within the Al Hamra Village community. The new project is located along the beach of the Royal Yacht Club in Ras Al Khaimah, and includes 622 apartments within five 18-storey buildings, and 19 townhouse-style units, each of which features a spacious balcony and sea view. The project includes a variety of units, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-storey townhouses. The project includes a wide range of diverse facilities and services.
