Wynn Resorts has published new photos of its luxury resort, “Wynn Marjan Island,” which is currently being built in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. It is the first integrated beach resort developed by the company and is located on a picturesque island extending over an area of about 62 hectares and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Wynn Resorts is cooperating in developing the resort with “Murjan” and “RAK Hospitality Holding”. The project is expected to be the first integrated entertainment resort in the Middle East and North Africa.
The construction process of Wynn Marjan Island Resort began in early 2023 under special management by Alec Engineering and Contracting Company, which is based in the United Arab Emirates. The height of the structure at the project site has currently reached 40 meters, and the full height of the tower will reach more than 300 meters, which is expected to be reached in the fourth quarter of 2025. The resort will open its doors to guests at the beginning of 2027.

White Sandy Beach
Wynn Marjan Island Resort overlooks its white sand beach and has stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the charming natural destinations of Ras Al Khaimah, all the way to the Hajar Mountains. It will offer its guests a full range of amenities and luxurious experiences. It will include 1,542 rooms and suites equipped with all necessary facilities, including 22 luxury villas that provide an atmosphere of privacy and overlook the recently developed waterfront near the resort. The resort will also include an expansive beachside swimming area featuring several different pools, water features, private cabanas, and 3.6 hectares of tropical landscaping.
As for food experiences, the resort will provide its visitors with 22 restaurants, lounges and clubs in distinct and specially designed spaces for each of them, many of which overlook the swimming pools and the beach. The resort will also contain a special theatrical space to showcase a group of visual shows.
The resort will also include a dedicated shopping area extending over 15,000 square meters occupied by the most famous luxury stores in the world, a five-star health club, and a salon, in addition to a center dedicated to holding meetings, conferences, and private parties such as weddings, with an area of 7,500 square meters. It will also include spacious spaces and terraces on the outside.
