According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the area of the land, which is located within the Bvlgari Mansions project (BV Mansions), reached 17,348 square feet, equivalent to 8,934 Dirhams per square foot.
Real estate sales in Dubai since morning amounted to 1.9 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 775 deals.
