Wasl has announced that all units of the South Garden residential project, the latest addition to the integrated urban project Wasl Gate, were sold out within 48 hours. The project consists of 768 residential units, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Mohammed Al Bahar, Director of Business Management at Wasl, said: “The high demand indicates the strength of the real estate sector in Dubai and the increasing demand for diverse residential projects that suit different categories.” The South Garden project is located within the multi-use Wasl Gate, which includes several other residential projects in addition to South Garden, such as The Nook, Gardenia Townhomes and Hillside Residences.
