The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has announced the appointment of Yousef Ahmed Al Mutawa as Executive Director of Real Estate. Al Mutawa, who previously served as CEO of Sharjah Sustainable City, will lead the implementation of a comprehensive and integrated real estate strategy across the emirate. Al Mutawa will oversee Shurooq’s real estate portfolio and assume a range of responsibilities, including strategic development, investor relations, and sustainable community planning for Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
